If you are not satisfied with any of our styling services, please contact us within 14 days of your consultation. We will work with you to address your concerns and ensure you receive the guidance and support you expected from presentcarecreat.

Refund Policy
Refunds for consultation services are available if you notify us of your dissatisfaction within 7 days of your initial consultation. To request a refund, please contact us with details about your service experience and the specific concerns that led to your dissatisfaction.
For ongoing subscription services, you may cancel at any time. Refunds for the current billing period will be prorated based on the remaining time in your subscription.
Cancellation Policy
Scheduled consultations may be rescheduled or cancelled without penalty if you provide at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.
Emergency situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us as soon as possible if unexpected circumstances prevent you from attending your scheduled consultation.
Personal Shopping Services
Personal shopping services are non-refundable once completed. However, if you are dissatisfied with the selections or recommendations provided, we will schedule a complimentary follow-up session to better understand your preferences and provide alternative suggestions.
